About Handcraft Curio

My name is Melissa Clout and I am the artist and owner behind Handcraft Curio. Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area I moved to the Philadelphia area in 2016 where I now create my work in my small home studio.

I am a small-batch ceramic artist. My work leans to an organic and minimalist feel with a focus on form and function. I strive to create timeless, artistic and functional pieces that aim to both elevate and ground the everyday moments they're made for.
